FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You might feel a little overwhelmed from how complicated licensing can be on other stock music sites. That’s why we put together an FAQ for you to see our answers to the most common questions people have. If you have a question that is not addressed in our FAQ please reach out to WolffScore via email and we will be happy to answer any unaddressed questions.

What happens to the tracks I have licensed if I cancel my membership?

Nothing. Once a membership is obtained and a track is licensed, that track is licensed in perpetuity for that specific project. However, the single-use license generated for that specific track and project cannot be used in additional projects. You will lose access to the music library until you become a member again. We hope you don’t stay gone too long!

Can I cancel anytime and are refunds available?

Yes and no. You may cancel the membership at any time. As discussed in our legal terms, there are no refunds for the membership period purchased (monthly or annually) and the membership is active until the end of the month or year in which the membership is verified as canceled. You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next subscription is charged to your account. Failure to cancel your membership does not elicit a refund.

What are the license restrictions?

Live performances, reselling, and everything that falls under federal and state copyright laws. See license agreement for more information.

How can I pay?

We currently accept debit or credit cards.

Can I use tracks from WolffScore to create my own music?

No. Any alterations, additions, or manipulations of our original tracks are prohibited. All the songs on the WolffScore website are protected by copyright law.

Can I license a song for exclusive use?

If you are interested in exclusive use of a track in our music library please inquire with our customer support.
